JOB OPENING:
Currently looking for a supervisor who will be responsible for both daily cleaning and overseeing team members within a designated area along with administrative tasks. They will ensure a safe and professional work environment which fosters BEST culture, mission and values.
Location: Tsawwassen, BC
Shift Type: Full time
Shift Hours:Varies 5 days a week (weekend availability required)
Wage range: $45,000 - $55,000/ yearly
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership skills required
- Inspecting rooms cleaned by housekeeping staff
- Check off rooms on rooming checklist , and report to your supervisor
- Hands on cleaning may be required
- Communication with your supervisor/Management
- Making sure staff is following all proper safety and company policies
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of WHIMIS and standard cleaning products, chemicals, and procedures (ASSET)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to pass Canadian Background Check
- Able to work weekends when required
- Previous cleaningexperience
