Position: Automotive Warranty Administrator

Location: Bowmanville, Ontario

Company: Cowan Buick GMC

Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage warranty claims for vehicles and parts according to manufacturer and dealership guidelines.

Review, verify, and submit warranty claims to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

Communicate with manufacturers, vendors, and service departments to resolve warranty issues.

Maintain detailed records of all warranty-related transactions and claim statuses.

Assist customers and service teams with warranty coverage questions and concerns.

Stay up to date on warranty policies, procedures, and updates from manufacturers.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification or related experience is a plus.

Previous experience in warranty administration or automotive service is preferred.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of automotive parts, services, and warranty processes.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
