**Position Overview**:
As a Receptionist at Clarington Hyundai, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming and positive first impression of the dealership. The individual in this role will play a pivotal role ensuring smooth customer interactions and efficient front desk operations by responding to incoming calls and inquiries, managing the vehicle licensing process, and maintaining accurate records of relevant information.

**What You Will Do**:

- Provide a warm welcome to all persons entering the showroom, directing them to the appropriate departments and introducing them to the applicable Salesperson or Service Advisor as needed.
- Answer all incoming phone calls within two rings (30 seconds) in a professional, courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding basic dealership information, such as location, hours of operation, and services offered.
- Accurately take and relay messages to the appropriate individuals.
- Manage the complete process of licensing vehicles. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of licensing requirements and procedures.
- Maintain a log of Service Loan vehicles. Keep available all emergency response information, plans, and telephone numbers.
- Perform additional office duties as required, including mail pickups, assistance with organizing special sales, etc.

**What You Bring**:

- Previous experience working in a dealership setting would be considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude, demonstrating strong initiative and enthusiasm in all aspects of the role.
