Responsabilités:

- Accueillir et assurer un service courtois aux clients en ce qui a trait à leur commande, aux retours de marchandises et tout autre besoin ;
- Produire et préparer la documentation relative à l'expédition des commandes des clients ;
- Assurer la fluidité des échanges internes d’informations liées aux commandes des clients principalement entre le comptoir d’expédition et le département d’expédition de marchandises ;
- Assurer les communications avec nos clients, à travers des échanges professionnels (via téléphone, courriel et télécopie);
- Effectuer de la saisie de données et de la recherche d'information dans les différents systèmes informatiques;
- Assurer une facturation juste et effectuer quotidiennement le balancement de la journée;
- Produire et traiter différents rapports, ainsi qu’effectuer différentes tâches cléricales, selon les demandes de son supérieur.

Exigences:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires complété, un atout si vous avez fait des études collégiales;
- Minimum de 1 an d'expérience en service à la clientèle, incluant des transactions monétaires avec les clients;
- Posséder une connaissance de base des logiciels de la suite MS Office et de l’environnement Google ;
- Un atout important si vous êtes à l’aise avec un logiciel de gestion d’entrepôt (WMS);

Shipping Agent - Customer Service

Accompanied by a dynamic and dedicated team, our new agent will provide courteous and professional customer service while demonstrating a positive work attitude. An excellent collaborator, this person puts the customer at the heart of his or her priorities and aligns his or her actions with the warehouse shipping clerks, sales representatives, call center agents and the showroom team. In order to be effective, a good agent demonstrates a high degree of diplomacy in his interactions with others, adjusts his speech according to the stakeholders and is able to organize and manage his time and priorities well.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and provide courteous service to customers regarding their orders, returns and any other needs ;
- Produce and prepare documentation related to the shipment of customer orders;
- Ensure the smooth internal exchange of information related to customer orders, mainly between the shipping counter and the shipping department;
- Perform data entry and information research in the various computer systems;
- Ensure accurate invoicing and perform daily balancing of the day;
- Produce and process various reports, as well as perform various clerical tasks, as requested by his/her superior.

**Requirements**:

- Completed high school diploma, an asset if you have a college education;
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, including monetary transactions with clients;
- Basic knowledge of MS Office software and Google environment;
- A strong asset if you are comfortable with warehouse management software (WMS);
