ProAll International Manufacturing Ltd. A Terex Brand, _**located in Olds, AB**_ is seeking to add a Sales Coordinator - International Sales to its team. As the Sales Coordinator - International Sales, you will be responsible for managing the sales team’s activities and ensuring that quotas and goals are met monthly. This position will also input data from incoming sales, be the liaison between sales and other departments (specifically accounting and production), and ensure sales are recognized (paid for) in a timely manner. **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field an asset
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role an asset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and an asset for CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
Accounting
- Send deposit and final invoices for all new and used mixers, and silos.
- Send MSO/Title/NVIS to customer after payment is made.
- Send BOS to customer after payment is made.
- Communicate with finance company to ensure all documents have been received and funding happens in a timely manner
- Maintain a list of deposit invoices sent along with when deposits are received and the amount of each deposit.

Operations/Production
- Inform sales reps which IBO’s are required for the following week and ensure those IBO’s are submitted to production on time
- Manage, organize, and update, the chassis manufacturer spreadsheet
- Work with chassis manufacturers to ensure records are up to date and ensure all documentation is received for incoming trucks
- Manage, organize, and update, the silo manufacturer spreadsheet
- Work with silo manufacturers to ensure records are up to date and ensure all documentation is received for incoming silos

Sales
- Work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure all quotes and sales activity is following the sales process outlined by the Director of Sales and Marketing
- Working with the Director of Sales and Marketing, the sales coordinator will prepare and send quotes to international distributors/customers as required
- Record all new sales and maintain the ongoing “master list of sales” with all relevant information
- Input new sales into Asana and include all relevant information for the sale including assigning chassis’
- Project anticipated sales for the month and create a report for expected sales outlining the details of each sale (customer name, mixer SN, chassis VIN, silo SN)
- Create commission reports for all sales reps each month
- Maintain a list of completed sales for the month
- Create a report at the end of each month outlining the details of each sale recognized in the month
- Actively participate and maintain positive team environment
- Perform all other duties as assigned and light duty tasks when assigned
