**About the Team**:
This small but mighty team is growing and looking for the perfect person to support the current and evolving needs of our clients and the business operations. Our beautiful Victoria office and sophisticated, high-performing team need administrative, and facilities support to continue providing the highest level of client service.

**Purpose of the Role**:
This is an exciting new role that will grow and evolve with the needs of the business. As Administrative Associate & Office Coordinator you have the unique opportunity to provide a wide variety of exceptional service-oriented support to our team and clients.

With your keen attention to detail, drive to be of service, and pride in excellence, you'll offer accurate and efficient administrative support to our Advisory Team, including Wealth Advisors and Wealth Planning Associates, and you'll ensure the office is always client ready

This is an on-site role and will be approximately 80% administrative work and 20% front office management.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Provide exemplary service to both internal and external clients in every way.
- Provide administrative support to both Wealth Advisors and Wealth Planning Associates.
- Assist Wealth Advisors by supporting with tasks and effectively managing practice.
- Provide an exceptional first impression to all visitors to the office.
- Coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of Wealth Advisors for various corporate initiatives and projects.
- Other relevant and related responsibilities, as assigned and as the needs of the organization change.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of related work experience in a professional administrative capacity.
- Experience working in a high performing client service-oriented work environment.
- Demonstrated diplomacy, tact, and professionalism in a high-volume environment.
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and technology in general.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Highly organized and skilled at focusing on a high volume of tasks with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excel and thrive in a fluid work environment where tasks are varied, and prioritization is required.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer.

**Compensation and Benefits Package**:
This position comes with a base salary range of **$50,000 - $70,000** plus a competitive performance bonus, RRSP contribution and participation in our profit-sharing program. Base salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
