Reporting to the Sr Director of sales, the role of a Sales Manager requires a leader and a manager who can organize the sales team as well as builds the structure and foundation to allow the team to grow in their individual responsibilities.

While leading by example, the Sales manager will be responsible for onboarding/ramping up new hires, coaching, training, motivating, and holding the sales team accountable to their key performance metrics as well as dealing with the day-to-day management of the team.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Sales Manager**:
**Management/Leadership Role**
- Maintain a high standard that resembles “a role model, leader, mentor, boss”.
- Manage and oversee internal BDR team - (People management and performance management)
- Work with BDRs to optimize their productivity, sales processes and efficiencies, document trainings and ensure scalability and standardization.
- Track and communicate performance to the BDRs.
- Ability to lead meetings and effectively communicate with and to the team.
- Holding regular 1:1 meetings to support team members (Pipeline management, shadowing, call listening, health & wellness)
- Act as person in charge of office during absence of the Senior Director of Sales
- Provide mentorship and guidance where needed with involvement and support.
- Ensure a level of professionalism is carried out in the office and holding the team accountable to that level.
- Help identify and resolve any escalated client concerns.
- Identify areas of opportunity to help the business scale.
- Responsible for training all teams - BDR, AE and Account Managers
- Tracking of absences and vacations from the whole office, ensure properly managed, tracked and approved based on required headcount.
- Give feedback and updates on active resources while planning ahead for future business needs.

**Motivation and Atmosphere**
- Ensure the team is motivated, driven and working to their fullest potential.
- Work with the leadership team on target optimization, gamification/bonuses to help drive team month over month. Lead with positivity while working with individuals to keep them in a positive mindset/state.

**Training, Coaching and Onboarding**
- Buildout standardized trainings and onboardings to simplify onboarding and optimize experience.
- Responsible for the onboarding of all new hires in all sales roles. (AE/AM/BDR)
- Coach/train team members that are underachieving or on areas of growth that have been identified.
- Build out and manage training schedule while ensuring that it is being adhered to
- Build out weekly and monthly individual and group coaching and training sessions.
- Work with team to document all trainings for repeatability and scalability.

**Must Be**:

- 3-5 years of sales management/team management required.
- Coach at heart with leadership aptitudes
- Extremely organized
- Excellent with deliverables and upholding to the time constraints of the deliverables as team members and the leadership team will be counting on those to move forward.
- Exceptional communicator and capacity to present in front of an audience.
- Strong coordinator
- Training and onboarding experience
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
- French speaking is an asset.
