**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The main object and purpose of this position is to ensure the accurate preparation, loading, receiving and shipping of cylinder products in order to satisfy internal and external customer needs. The incumbent must also maintain the organization of the shipping facility & forklift maintenance, all while promoting ALC’s health and safety objectives.
- **Loading and unloading of inventory, stock, and supplies as required**
- **Retrieve orders according to quantity, part number, description etc. ensuring accuracy**
- **Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks**
- **Wrap orders before loading on trucks**
- **Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment**
- **Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards**
- **Assist with inventory cycle counts to ensure proper inventory numbers**
- **Take part in company initiatives and meetings**
- **Operates handling equipment and ensures safety policies are followed**

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- **High school diploma or equivalent**
- **3 proven experience as an order picker or other warehouse position**
- **Experience in handling forklifts, pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment**
- **Experience with RF picking devices**
- **Experience with Kardex Vertical Lift Machines (VLM’s) is an asset**
- **Knowledge of Oracle R12 is considered an asset**
- **Able to read and write in English**
- **Great attention to detail**
- **Diligent and punctual with strong work ethic**
- **Interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment**
- **Experience with metric & imperial measurement**
- **Good physical strength and stamina (ability to lift up to 60LBs & 10,000 - 20,000 steps per shift)**
