**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the kitchen and dining area
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling and training
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
- Develop and update menus based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests

**Experience**:

- Proven 3+ years experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food service industry practices and procedures
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficient in food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Have computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office
- Have Food Safety Certificate
- Be able to pass Government clearance

**Schedule**:
Monday to Thursday 6am-3pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
