**About the Role**
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will build on a customer-centric sales and service strategy and deliver the optimal sales experience for our customers by:

- Demonstrating commitment to a consultative approach, educating and advising customers while upselling where applicable.
- Understanding fundamentals of industry and client business models in order to accurately access customer needs.
- Mining existing portfolio to identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solutions.
- Proactively build target lists, follow-up on leads and build a sales development routine to drive revenue growth.
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of products and production in order to advise customers and provide solutions.

**About You**
- 5+ years experience in an inside sales role with proven customer service abilities.
- Professional sales experience with high attention to detail while possessing excellent written and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm when communicating with team and customers.
- Experienced at sourcing new customers, building relationships and upselling over the course of a relationship.
- Understand customers’ business and advertising/marketing goals to capture and build customer trust.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills with a solutions mindset and passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities with a high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office software.
- Knowledge and understanding of the printing industry would be considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education with a sales/marketing focus would be considered an asset.
