**Salary**:
- $19 to $21 per hour, based on experience.
- Participation in an incentive program to reward performance.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer challenges.
- Complete knowledge of products and production to answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Perform all other duties as directed by the or assigned by management.
**Qualifications**
- 5 + years of experience in a customer service role
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- A very high level of attention to detail.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise a diverse workload.
