**Position Requirements**
- At least 2+ years of sales and customer service experience.
- Strong professionalism and excellent communication skills for in-home customer interactions.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- A clean criminal background required by Home Depot.
- Flexibility with scheduling.
- Availability to spend 6-8 hours per week engaging directly with customers in Home Depot stores (compensated).

- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Manage and train sales team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Handle purchasing and pricing strategies to optimize sales performance.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and inventory management.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales targets and strategies.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and staff to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Pay: $38,400.00-$120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
