**What do we expect from our restaurant servers?**

A commitment to quality, to genuine customer service, and to continuously looking for ways to enrich the experience of our guests are fundamental. Our servers are expected to have a good base knowledge of the food we serve, the wines we pour and the cocktails we mix, while continuously looking for opportunities to learn.

Our guests have very high expectations for their experience when they join us and have come to trust our service staff for a friendly and knowledgeable approach to hospitality. Our menu changes seasonally and is often supplied with products from our own organic farm during growing season so there are always new things to taste and talk about.

Additional Requirements:

- All Servers must be Smart Serve Certified
- A minimum of 2 years experience in similar serving environment
