Reports to the Warehouse Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- (50%) Inventory cycle count process. Lead the process and keep inventory
- (25%) Work with the Operations Manager to coordinate the flow of orders through our operations and ensure that orders are dispatched on a priority basis.
- (15%) Final inspection of all orders leaving the facility
- (10%) Assist operations in various tasks

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all job functions are performed in accordance to the Guillevin Standard Practice Instruction (SPI) Manual;
- Daily inventory cycle counts are performed. All inventory is to be counted 4 times a year
- Create and manage counting schedule. All warehouse associates are to take part in cycle counting on a rotating basis
- Resolve any variances found during the daily cycle counts
- Hold weekly meetings with the warehouse to review the cycle counts of the week.

- Current situations compared to prior
- Assist with any issues regarding inventory and the receiving process
- Assist with any issues regarding inventory and the shipping process
- Inspect all orders before releasing for shipping, final inspection of orders
- Work with operations manager of order flow and management to ensure efficiency and timely shipping of all orders
- Manage the pick-ticket process - code, highlight and sort pick tickets as they print
- Performs any other duties as required by management.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma required,
- Post-secondary education in Logistics/Supply Chain, or industry accreditation preferred
- Strong computer skills: proficient in the Microsoft Office suites (specifically MS Excel).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organizational skills and able to multi-task
- Ability to work in a team or autonomously.
- Self motivated and displays willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing work environment.
- Able to maintain a positive and supportive attitude
- Eager to learn and grow within the company
