**Position Summary**

As a **Customer Service / Dispatcher**, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and carriers, responsible for coordinating shipments, resolving service issues, and ensuring smooth freight movements across North America. You’ll play a key role in our day-to-day operations and be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team that thrives on reliability and communication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional support.
- Schedule and dispatch shipments for LTL, truckload, and courier freight across Canada and the U.S.
- Communicate daily with drivers, carriers, and customers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor shipment progress, troubleshoot delays, and update customers proactively.
- Create and maintain accurate shipment documentation in our TMS (transportation management system).
- Assist with customs clearance coordination and paperwork for cross-border loads.
- Identify service gaps or operational issues and escalate as needed.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with carrier partners and ensure compliance with regulations.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or logistics (preferred).
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with freight brokerage, LTL/TL shipping, or customs processes is a strong asset.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and think critically to solve problems.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and dispatch or TMS software.
- Bilingual (English/French) is a bonus, but not required.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
