**Job Description**:

- Responsible for organizing, planning and communicating on-time local movements for pickups and deliveries while working co-operatively with fellow team members and drivers to obtain the highest level of customer service.
- Book loading appointments
- Delegate city drivers for pickups and deliveries
- Communicate with inbound/outbound planners to obtain correct equipment required for loading
- Track accessorial charges (wait time, trailer demurrage, in bond charges, rerouting charges, and truck ordered/not used) and notify appropriate team member of additional charges
- Updates loaded and parked information in a timely manner into dispatch screen
- Monitor bulk fuel requirements and order, as needed
- Record local driver hours on logs and review pay sheets
- Communicate with warehouse and logistics
- Log in from home to fix problems/make changes
- Other duties

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- Creative capabilities combined with good problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- Computer proficient
- Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
