**Summary**

As a Home Support Worker, you will be essential in providing compassionate care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their own homes. Your core skills in caregiving, along with your experience in dementia care and case management, will enable you to support clients in daily activities, including meal preparation and medication administration. You will work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. Your commitment to enhancing the well-being of those you serve will make a significant impact in their lives and promote a safe, nurturing environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide compassionate caregiving and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, cleaning, and personal hygiene.
- Medication reminders and monitor health conditions as needed.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Support individuals with disabilities and those suffering from dementia, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in caregiving and home support services
- Familiarity with senior care and working with individuals with disabilities
- Knowledge of dementia care
- Experience in home care
- Strong understanding of patient care, medical terminology, and case management
- Ability for meal preparation as needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.50-$23.00 per hour
