**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure clients receive proper nutrition.
- Administer medication as directed and monitor client health conditions.
- Support clients in mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Document client progress and communicate any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred, especially in dementia care or home care settings.
- Knowledge of patient care practices and the ability to assist individuals with disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and their families.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the needs of the clients.
- Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus but not mandatory.
- A compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**:Part-time, Casual.

**Pay**:$20.50-$23.00 per hour.

**Expected hours**:2 - 40 per week.
