- will lead a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed all sales objectives.

**Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities include**:
- Meet or exceed all Sales Objectives-
- Staff, coach, train and motivate a team to improve selling techniques,- service- and route operations-
- Responsible for promotional forecast accuracy and planning-
- Grow the business by expanding distribution in new and existing accounts-
- Implement all sales, marketing, merchandising and personnel programs through effective communication with Route Sales Representatives-
- Conduct business reviews with key decision makers-
- Maintain business control requirements including inventory and sales reporting accuracy-
- Able to travel regularly (at least 30-40% of- time- ) to ensure consistent leadership and sales standards within the- District- and to attend regional meetings**.**
