**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Process rental agreements and collect payments
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
- Auto detailing/ light cleaning
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote rental services
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the rental office

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid G-Class license required
- Clean drivers abstract required
- Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus
