We are looking for a reliable and flexible individual to join our team in a **casual part-time role**. This position is best suited for someone who is looking to supplement their income, as hours are not guaranteed and vary depending on workload.

This is a phone-based outbound lead generation role. You must speak clear, professional English that is easily understood by Canadian clients without repeating yourself. You will be making 50-100 calls per day, handling questions and objections confidently, so strong pronunciation, grammar, and real-time conversational ability are mandatory. If customers frequently struggle to understand you, this position is not a fit.

We are actively growing so more steady hours are hopeful for the near future

**Work Hours**:

- **Monday-Friday**: No set daily schedule. Work is assigned on a **day-to-day or weekly basis**, depending on when campaigns are ready.
- **Mid-Month (Busy Periods)**: Shifts can be **long and intensive (upwards of 10-12 hours/day)** as campaigns peak. This allows you the opportunity to maximize hours during these busy stretches.
- **End of Month (Slow Periods)**: Workload slows down considerably. There may be **little to no work for up to two weeks** at a time.
- Due to the nature of the role, **flexibility is key**—this is not a set-hour position.
- Suited for part-timers, students, or individuals seeking casual, supplemental work.
- Able to adapt to fluctuating schedules.

- Reliable, hardworking, and able to commit to longer hours when required.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Make outbound calls to clients on behalf of our partners
- Engage prospects with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Schedule appointments or generate leads based on campaign goals
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and confident phone presence
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Does well with repetition
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Previous call centre work is a strong asset, but not require

**Requirements**:

- Must have your own computer and headset
- Strong internet connection
