**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and engagement.
- Utilize technology sales techniques to promote products effectively, ensuring customers are informed about the latest offerings.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure products are displayed attractively and organized on the sales floor.
- Employ upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized work environment, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-stocked.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred, particularly in technology-related products.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management.
- Proficient in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $33,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
