Centerplate, Scotiabank Center, is seeking a competent Event Supervisor to over look staff during our fast pace events as well as assist the Concourse Manager. As the supervisor you will require to make sure staff are on time, wearing full uniform, cooks are wearing gloves, cleaning and sanitizing their hands as well as the equipment. You will also be responsible to be sure the staff are following our "Close to Open" program as well as completing their open and closing inventory and conducting audits. General cleaning and lifting will also be required from you. Experience in the restaurant industry is required.
