**Who we are**
At ET Transport, it is our mission to provide customers with reliable transportation solutions custom-tailored to their unique needs. ET Transport has two main terminals with warehousing facilities and an additional drop-yard.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor daily fuel consumption
- Assist in producing Truck Reports
- Assist in monitoring invoices and bills
- Perform basic data entry to accounting system
- Help to ensure workflow between accounting and other departments
- Organize a financial filing system for easier accessibility
- Additional tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager

**Qualifications**
- 1 - 2 years previous general accounting/bookkeeping experience or diploma
- Experience in accounts payable and payment processing
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet important deadlines
- Strives working in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook especially)
- Previous experience with QuickBooks is an asset
- Previous experience in the trucking industry is an asset

**Salary**

$35,000 to $37,000 per year
