**Your Role**:

- Welcome and engage discerning buyers with a **white-glove approach**:

- Present and showcase residences
- Manage CRM, track leads, and follow up with clients and Co-Operating Brokers
- Seamlessly guide clients through every stage of the purchase journey
- Exceed sales targets with confidence and professionalism
- **Must hold an active Ontario Real Estate License (RECO License)**:

- Hold a proven track record in **luxury real estate or high-value sales**:

- Have impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Able to connect with affluent clientele and deliver **exceptional service**:

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
