**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Upsell additional items such as appetizers, desserts, and beverages to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by following proper sanitation practices.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure proper food handling techniques are followed at all times.
- Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in training new staff members on food service protocols and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Excellent math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
