**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed while adhering to proper food handling guidelines.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is an asset.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about menu offerings and restaurant operations are essential.
