We are looking to add an experienced project manager to our team. We are looking for an individual who is able to implement and enforce processes and procedures to ensure the successful completion of projects both on time and on budget. The individual would be expected to oversee the day to day execution of all projects while communicating schedule and concerns with the clients. Experience with commercial cladding including but not limited to ACM, Phenolic Panels, Metal Cladding, Metal Roofing, Cementitious Panels is a must.

PROJECT MANAGER -
- Schedule a project start up meeting with Site Foreman and Superintendent:

- Verify equipment requirements, crew size, crew skill level, project schedule, expected production and targets, material requirements, flashing details, etc.
- Enter project schedule, requirements and budget into system.
- Review project specific documentation thoroughly:

- Review contractual obligations and scope of work.
- Review drawings, shop drawings and details thoroughly and understand sequencing;
- Review assemblies, fastening techniques and tie-in details.
- Review site specific documentation requirements.
- Ensure all safety documentation is filled out correctly:

- Collect all site documentation from Superintendent and file accordingly;
- Follow up on any concerns.
- Communicate with the General Contractor’s Project Manager periodically to ensure a positive relationship.
- Monitor QA/QC:

- Ensure mockup reviews have been signed off prior to work progressing.
- Ensure completed work reviews have been filled out as areas are completed.
- Minimum two weekly thorough inspection of all work areas on each project;
- Ensure deficiencies have been corrected prior to work progressing in other areas.
- Ensure site cleanliness is acceptable at all times.
- Responsible for maintaining all project budgets and schedules:

- Review production and project schedule with Superintendent weekly;
- Work alongside the Superintendent to recognize and correct production concerns.
- Ensure work plans are maintained.
- Review and verify timesheets for payroll.
- Responsible for maintaining project requirements:

- Project schedule;
- Ensure that schedule conflicts are addressed immediately to avoid delays in the project.
- Project changes and how they affect our scope and schedule.
- Discrepancies between drawings and actual;
- Monitor site conditions and know what is included in our scope and what is an extra.
- Material needs;
- Ensure sufficient materials are on site or have been ordered;
- Place all material orders as required.
- Ensure that all materials are delivered to site and inspected prior to running out.
- Equipment needs;
- Monitor equipment cycle dates and line up equipment delivery and pickup accordingly.
- Manpower needs;
- Monitor manpower and schedule accordingly.
- Responsible for hiring and firing of site management.
- Communicate with the General Manager weekly regarding each project.
- Maintain knowledge of all associated products on each project:

- Maintain all required training/certifications.
- Build relationships with General Contractors and acquire more leads and projects.
- Demonstrate professional leadership to all field personnel and clients.
