L3Harris MAPPS Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to support the Naval Communications Business based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The incumbent will have proven experience in program leadership to include successful demonstration of program execution, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Responsibilities include driving program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow. The Program Manager is responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program. The incumbent is a self-starter who is comfortable coordinating multiple parallel activities with a diverse functional team.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY**
- Serve as prime client contact on project matters including negotiations and securing client acceptance;
- Ensure programs are executed within compliance with specifications, performance requirements, schedules, cost commitments, and internal policies and procedures;
- Experience in managing internal expectation and communication with all stakeholders and management;
- Management of support teams and direct reports ensuring team cooperation to meet and exceed all financial and technical objectives;
- Drive project performance/results against milestones and budget;
- Coordinate project technical activities;
- Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation plans;
- Support technical, cost and schedule aspects of proposals;
- Discuss alternative solutions with customer including contractual changes;
- Provide and offer after-sales technical support solutions.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- University degree in engineering preferably mechanical or electrical is an asset;
- Experience in contract technical writing is an asset;
- Advanced user of MS Office;
- Knowledge of the L3Harris MAPPS product line is an asset;
- Must be detailed oriented;
- Experience leading teams;
- Experience managing cost plus projects;
- Experience with Earned Value Management an asset;
- Good organizational and leadership skills;
- Must be able to obtain a Canadian Personnel Security Clearance to level II: secret with access to NATO information.
- Bilingual French and English with good English writing skills;
