**Position Summary**

Dispatch Support provide administrative support by preparing correspondence, reports, sorting, distributing and compiling the necessary materials. Serve as a vital administrative hub, ensuring the smooth and organized operation of our dispatch activities, tracking shipments, and maintaining efficient communication with drivers, clients, and internal departments to facilitate timely and accurate deliveries.

**Location: Oshawa, Ontario**

**Schedule: Night Shift: Sunday to Friday, 11pm to 7am**

**What you will do**
- Processing paperwork through Service Level and assembling paperwork
- Execute tasks assigned by Planning and Operations
- Updating tracking template and metrics reports
- Dispatch all driver’s as scheduled

**What You’ll Bring**
- Minimum 1 year of Dispatching experience in a busy enviornment
- Willing to work weekends when required
- Able to work independantly
- High school diploma

- Strong analytical, communication and judgment skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work in an fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and handle projects simultaneously
