Truck Dispatcher

Oshawa, Canada TTR Transport Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Be frontline representative for truck drivers
- Communicate with drivers to keep everything on track
- Communicate with customers for late or problematic shipments
- Perform the task for clearing loads. (inbound/outbound) Knowledge of Canadian and US customs procedures
- Responds to emergency calls, facilitates emergency response network, coordinates mechanical service repair, and assigns replacement buses and drivers when there is a problem on a routes
- Must be flexible enough to move around shifts

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Previous dispatch experience is required
- Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions from customers and other team members
- Must possess excellent oral and written/typing communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38,500.00-$42,500.00 per year
