**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:

- Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries with care and efficiency

**Assistant Duties**:

- Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient handling, restraint, and care
- Assist veterinarians in exam rooms
- Clean and sanitize exam rooms and equipment
- Monitor and record patient information and vitals
- Prepare medications and assist with laboratory tests (as trained)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a veterinary setting preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfort working with animals of all sizes and temperaments
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with veterinary software a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
