**Qualifications & Experience**
- Have a strong understanding of **structural steel fabrication, detailing and welding specifications.**:

- Proficiency with **Tekla, Bluebeam,**and standard office software including **Outlook, Word, and Excel**:

- Ability to **read and interpret structural and construction drawings and documents**:

- Knowledge of **structural steel and miscellaneous metals specifications**and **CCDC subcontract documents.**:

- A **technical background in Engineering**is strongly preferred, **Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation**is preferred
- Experience or proficiency with **StruMIS**or any other fabrication specific **ERP software**is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all phases of the **detailing, production, and installation process**for projects.
- Initiate and coordinate **RFIs**, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communications
- Conduct **site visits,** ensuring project coordination, progress tracking and accurate documentation
- Collaborate effectively with client-side project managers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Proactively **identify and resolve issues**.
- Manage **contract terms,**prepare **cost estimates for extras**, and **negotiate project changes**with clients
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a **capacity to learn, adapt, and expeand your technical and managerial expertise**.
