We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Small Job Landscape Crew Leader to join our team.

Job Description: As a Small Job Landscape Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team in executing various landscaping projects for our clients. You will oversee the completion of tasks, ensure the highest quality of work, and maintain a safe working environment. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for creating stunning outdoor spaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a small crew in the completion of landscape projects.
- Ensure the efficient and timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with the project manager to review project specifications and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and instructions to team members regarding work processes and safety protocols.
- Perform landscaping duties, including planting, pruning, mulching, and installing hardscape features.
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
- Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions and concerns professionally.
- Train and mentor crew members, promoting skill development and teamwork.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in landscaping or a related field, with a focus on small residential or commercial projects.
- Proven experience leading and managing a small crew.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and materials.
- Proficient in operating landscape equipment and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
