Crew Leader/foreperson

Futurescape Landscaping is seeking skilled and experienced landscape crew leaders to join our team. As a landscape crew leader, you will be responsible for leading a crew of workers in the installation and maintenance of outdoor spaces for commercial and residential clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a crew of workers and oversee their daily activities
- Work with the project manager to ensure that projects are completed according to plans and specifications
- Operate and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles
- Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train and mentor new employees
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and equipment used
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape installation and maintenance
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Knowledge of plants, hardscaping, and softscape
- Ability to operate and maintain landscape equipment, including skid steers, mini hoes, and loaders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
