**About the Role**

Wessuc’s Clean Out Services perform tank clean outs, routine maintenance and emergency response work for the Municipal Wastewater industry, General Contractors and the private sector. We're looking for a Project Manager to manage day-to-day operations for our Clean Out Services teams.
- Plan and schedule the work for a fleet of 8 Vacuum Trucks, and a team of 30 staff;
- Participate in employee hiring, training, attendance and performance management;
- Act as the main point of contact for all Clean Out staff;
- Conduct client job site meetings and site audits;
- Lead post-project debriefings and job costing reviews;
- Lead staff meetings.
- Flexibility in work hours, including the ability to work extended hours, be on-call to address urgent operational or client needs.

This position involves regular travel to job sites (3-4 days per week). A company vehicle will be provided.

The successful applicant will be based out of our Brantford location.

**About You**

We’re looking for an effective people manager and problem solver with some experience in a similar operational leadership role. Your skills and experience include:

- Several years of direct supervisory or management experience in operations; 1-3 years
- Detail oriented and good with numbers;
- Excellent communication skills with coworkers and clients;
- PHands-on experience in Vacuum Truck operations and/or Municipal Wastewater industry an asset;
- Familiarity with the Environmental Protection Act is an asset;
- Good computer software skills;
- Clean drivers' abstract;
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including early mornings and evenings, with regular travel in Ontario.
