The Oshawa Golf & Curling Club is a private club created specifically for the enjoyment of its' members and guests. Located in the heart of Oshawa, the Club consists of a championship Stanley Thompson designed 18-hole golf course, a six sheet curling rink, full service restaurant and banquet facilities. For more than 100 years, Oshawa Golf & Curling Club has been a vibrant and integral part of the Durham Region sharing the Club's passion for sporting and social pleasure with the community.

We are currently keeping an experienced full-time** Executive Chef**.

**As the Executive Chef you will**:

- Be the hands and heart behind delivering on our mission of delivering irresistible food for everyone who comes to the Oshawa Golf & Curling Club.
- Develop an environment of connected, committed teamwork through communication, the willingness to help others win, and your great attitude.
- Treat your department like a business owner, taking responsibility and accountability for the safety and cleanliness of your kitchen, and the quality of the products that you and your team present, and the financial results of the department.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years prior experience in a kitchen leadership role, at the level of Sous chef or above.
- Experience and success running day-to-day operations in a restaurant kitchen.
- Knowledge and experience managing inventory, labour and food costs.
- Prior private or semi-private club environment experience would be considered an asset.
- Food Safe/Food Handlers Certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
