Overview:
We are seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team in providing care for individuals in need. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

**Duties**:

- Provide personal care and support to clients in various settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or private residences
- Assist with activities of daily living including grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation
- Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in caregiving, dementia care, or senior care is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols is a plus
- Familiarity with home care practices and assisting individuals with daily living tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Expected hours: No more than 21 per week
