**What you’ll do**

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Retail Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales.
- Provide exemplary customer service by following the Olsen Fashion Canada service standards and ensure high level customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrates strong wardrobing skills and providing recommendations by assessing unique needs of customers and knowing current on-product knowledge, fashion trends, new arrivals, location of merchandise etc.
- Effectively develop customer relationships by providing genuine recommendations and ideas and enhance their shopping experience.
- Drive sales by introducing and promoting other articles when appropriate, such as layering pieces or accessories.
- Assist in ensuring that the product display area is neat and organized

**Who you are**
- Entry level or previous retail sales experience an asset
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
- Have a general understanding of the principles of sales
- High-energy, confident and friendly personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Work setting:

- Apparel store

**Experience**:

- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
