**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring that they are well-informed about the benefits and features of our offerings. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth within your territory.

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advantages of our medical products.
- Utilize inside sales techniques to identify potential clients and generate leads through telemarketing efforts.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that enhance product visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes affecting the medical field.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in a technology or medical sales environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and strategies for effective lead generation.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of medical products and convey this information to clients confidently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
