**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Growth**: Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets in the U.S. market.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including dermatologists, medspa owners, and plastic surgeons.
- **Presentations and Demonstrations**: Conduct product presentations and hands-on demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and return on investment (ROI) of our medical aesthetic laser machines.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and provide feedback to the management team.

- **Trade Shows and Events**: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
- **CRM Management**: Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities, manage customer data, and report on key metrics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical support teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and customer service efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- **Proven Sales Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in field sales, preferably in medical devices, aesthetics, or related industries.
- **Market Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the U.S. medical aesthetic market, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Ability to learn and effectively communicate the technical aspects of medical aesthetic laser machines.
- **Regulatory Awareness**: Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance requirements for medical devices.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- **Self-Motivation**: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
