Barrie, Canada Inner Growth Counselling & Psychotherapy Full time

Inner Growth Counselling & Psychotherapy is hiring We are a team of psychotherapists that support children, teens, adults, couples and families in Barrie and virtually across Ontario. We are looking to add a dedicated Psychotherapist who is eager to learn and grow with us to work IN-PERSON part-time. New grads are welcome to apply; NO students.

**Requirements**:

- Masters degree in Counselling Psychology, Social Work or related field
- Member in good standing with CRPO (will consider qualifying applicants) or OCSSW
- Proof of PLI
- Ability to work in-person 2-3 days per week from our Barrie office (min 12-15 client hours of availability depending on room availability); as well as ability to see clients virtually
- Availability for evenings and/or weekends is required
- Must live within 30min of Barrie for reliable commute to office

**Expectations**:

- Work independently in-person at the office and/or remotely
- Maintenance of own client files and required documentation
- Management of schedule, client payment and collecting fees for services
- Work with kids/teens, individuals, couples & families experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, disordered eating, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, BPD
- Ability to work with kids 8+, couples and families is considered an asset
- Experience working with ADHD, OCD, ASD, and BPD is an asset

**Current Openings/Shifts**

Position #1) Room availability on Wednesday (9am-2pm) & Saturdays (10am-3pm); you must be able to do both shifts

Position #2) Room availability Wednesday (9am-2pm), Thursday (2:30-7pm) & Saturday (10am
- 3pm); you must be able to do all 3 of these shifts

Anticipated start date
- Position #1 (as early as October); Position #2 (January)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $100.00-$110.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 18 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barrie, ON L4N 5R7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
