We are seeking a skilled and experienced RV Technician to join our team. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency with power tools and hand tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform inspections, diagnostic tests, and repairs on various systems of recreational vehicles, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Install and repair appliances, awnings, slide-outs, and other RV components
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RV plumbing, electrical systems, generators, and propane systems
- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner to meet customer satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an RV Technician or in a similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
