This is an exciting opportunity to join our THV marketing team as the Therapy Development Manager. This Marketing Manager role will drive alignment, adoption and execution of transcatheter heart valve/aortic stenosis therapy development initiatives in Canada. You will develop an annual digital marketing plan and execute to effectively market Edwards therapy development initiatives/campaigns to constituents including Edwards's team, patients, clinicians and hospital administrators.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify restrictions to patient access within the region’s geography and provide input on developing outreach initiatives (e.g., referral events) for the aortic patient along the clinical referral continuum in collaboration with stakeholders (e.g., physicians).
Establish an understanding of referral dynamics and how patient access may be restricted or delayed within the clinical patient pathway
Develop and manage digital initiatives including the digital strategy in collaboration with stakeholders (e.g., Marketing Manager):
Develop relationships with HCPs (e.g., physicians and key staff) through regular outreach and education activities, referring HCP visits, product demonstration, therapy development campaign execution and conference participation
Define areas of opportunity along the Heart Team referral pathway to maximize their patient access and patient’s access to care/treatment
Identify and meet with existing HCPs to identify clinical needs and constraints related to the aortic patient referral pathway
Identify and differentiate root cause of patient access restrictions between outreach and patient pathway
Plan digital media strategy by translating business objectives and marketing goals into effective, measurable digital campaigns.
Identify strategic opportunities to leverage emerging trends to connect and engage with target audiences through digital and social media.
Identify appropriate print and social media channels for targeted campaigns
Oversee digital media agency relationships
Manage the corporate branding

**Basic Qualifications**:
7 years of work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree, in Life Sciences, Marketing or related field required.
Digital Marketing experience required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience as a Therapy Development Specialist, Clinical Education and/or equivalent within the interventional cardiology industry.
Experience working in the latest digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall business strategy
Proven successful project management skills
Proven expertise in both Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and related systems
Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Recognized as an expert in own area with specialized depth and breadth of expertise
Extensive understanding of related aspects of therapy development
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Ability to represent leadership on sections of projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and cross-functional team (s)
Ability to consult in a project setting
