**About Us**:, We are a software development and support solutions provider for companies in the global igaming space. We’re seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Customer Client Support Specialist to join our team in Ottawa, ON.
**Role Overview**: As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customer’s clients receive prompt and effective support. This hybrid role requires a blend of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset. You will handle technical issues, respond to client requests, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges. Your ability to understand and troubleshoot technical systems will be key to your success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the gaming platform, including integrations.
- Communicate complex technical information in a clear and client-friendly manner.
- Collaborate with the development and operations teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Assist Customer clients with platform configurations, updates, and basic coding requirements.
- Document client interactions, technical solutions, and best practices.
- Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and systems.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a client support role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Basic coding skills and a solid understanding of programming languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, SQL).
- Familiarity with technical systems, APIs, and software integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Ottawa, ON Canada
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the iGaming industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools like Zendesk or Jira.
- Knowledge of APIs and repositories
