Jim Pattison Chrysler Jeep Dodge has a new opportunity for a General Manager to join our team

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the President, you will be passionate about leading your dealership teams to success. As a General Manager for this high-volume location you must be self-motivated, high energy, dynamic and results-oriented with a proven track record of production, profitability and excellence in customer service. It is not enough to be successful in your own position; you must be able to foster success throughout the entire team. The successful incumbent must be an exceptional General Manager, preferably with experience in domestic brands.

**Responsibilities**:
Our General Manager is responsible for managing and running the dealership and our collision centre, in keeping with its basic objectives, geared to profit and a return on invested capital.

**Education and Experience**:

- Previous General Management experience in an automotive dealership required.
- 5-years’ related Managerial, Sales, Finance and Fixed Operations experience required.
- Previous Experience in a Domestic Brand Dealership at a Senior Management level preferred.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in the use of an automotive CRM and DMS software systems.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, sound business judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Knowledge of rules surrounding confidentiality, information governance and data protection.
- Excellent organizational and realistic time management skills.
- Clear, concise and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Driver’s license in good standing and clean driver’s abstract required.
