Tap & Barrel is one of Canada's fastest growing hospitality companies, and we’re looking for an experienced **General Manager **to join our team at our South Surrey location and help fuel our continued growth. Located in The Professional Centre at the juncture of 32nd Avenue and 152nd Street, this location features a lively bar and lounge area, an intimate dining room, and a year-round patio.

As a **General Manager **at Tap & Barrel, you’ll join us on our mission to bring people together to create meaningful and memorable experiences. You’ll also be a part of a tight-knit team, where you'll make lasting connections in a fun and supportive work environment.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Has a minimum of 3 years of **Restaurant General Manager **experience
- Loves all things hospitality
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation regulations
- Has experience coaching team members

**WHAT WE OFFER**
- Industry-Leading Compensation - Salary & Bonus ranging from $90,000-$135,000
