**This is an hourly day shift position working out of our Mississauga, ON location, working at least 44 hours weekly. **Hours are typically Monday to Thursday 7:00 am-4:30 pm, Fridays 7:00 am-3:30 pm.**

We are looking for Parts Order Specialists who meet the following criteria.

**Primary Function**:
You will be responsible for processing Parts and Sales Order Lines in a timely manner, while communicating effectively with internal team departments to meet customers’ expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in stockroom, warehouse
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to prioritize and follow procedures
- Physical requirements: Able to lift and move up to 35lbs, frequent walking and standing for long periods, bending and reaching

**Responsibilities**:

- Process all Parts Orders based on daily schedule within 24 hours. Includes: picking parts, taking inspection photos of the order, and creating packing slips.
- Pick and process Sales Orders Line Items, and provide to the Inspection Team.
- Provide prompt feedback to internal customers (Project Managers, Operations) of any delays that might impact a job/parts order from shipping out on time.
- Re-scheduling orders in case of any unexpected delays due to external issues.
- Communicate information to the Supply Chain Team related to problems on orders, such as, damaged parts, incomplete parts or incorrect parts.
- Request an expedite on parts when required, by looking into HPlan if short.
- Make sure parts orders and orders for operations are processed accurately, preventing any inventory discrepancies.
- Constant follow-up with purchasing/operations to make sure deliverables are met.
- Handle inquiries from PMs, Sales and Production regarding all issues related to Parts order/sales orders.
- Make sure to keep stockroom organized and tidy at all times.
- Take part in scheduled Inventory counts with rest of the team.
- Other duties as required.
- Able to lift up to 35lbs; may work in hot areas 5%, noise 0%.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety as well as active participation in 5S activities in work area.
