Order Management Specialist

The Order Management Specialist is responsible to allocate orders, Identity and release orders as per 504 hold report. The incumbent is also responsible to enter orders into the Internal (COID) database that are required to be scheduled, release Picking Lists to Logistics along with assisting in creating CF (Configuration) Sku's.

Other responsibilities include:
Providing daily reporting as outlined by Management. Other duties may include reviewing Configuration Work Instructions. A list of five to eight major activities in descending order of significance to the overall objective of the job. Indicate the approximate percentage of time spent on each activity on an annual basis.
- Allocate Orders and remove order holds. (504 Holds)
- Enter orders into COID database as required in a timely fashion.
- Track and prioritize orders for Config based on SLA requirements (48 & 72 hours, Roll out schedule.
- Create routing sheet (COID) and supporting paperwork.
- Daily reporting as required.
- Assist with CF Sku Creation, tracking and receipt
- Have knowledge of and follow the processes for Order Management as outlined in the ISO.
- Have knowledge of and follow the requirements of Health and Safety and WHMIS
- Inventory Management and issue resolution TOTALING 100%.

Knowledge/Skill/Ability Must have Preferred Educational level:
College Diploma or equivalent College Specialties/Major

Subjects: Legacy System experience DCS - Receiving and/or Sales.

Type of work experience:
Order Management / Customer Service Access Database Order Entry Years of experience: ISO 9001:2000 Minimum of 3 years Order Management/ Customer Service experience 3+ years in configuration/sales.

Other related experiences:
Experience with Word, Excel and Access Advanced Experience with MS Office

Additional skills:
Well organized, Proactive, Work with mínimal supervision, excellent communication skills, multi-task and work constructively under pressure. Very good Time Management Skills Special

- Release 504 Holds on Sales order into the Config center for the completion of configuration work
- Create COIDS, prioritize orders and forward to Logistics for picking in a timely fashion (as per SLA target).
- Ensure accuracy of Routing sheet and supporting paper work (as per Nonconformance Report)
- Coordinate stock receipt and reallocation, when required
- Coordinate inventory cycle counts and Return to stock items, when required
- Assist with ISO Compliance and documentation when required.
- Have knowledge of and comply with Health and Safety regulations and WHMIS.
