**Job Title: Senior Fire Alarm Technician**

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer service
- Installation, verification and programming retrofitting of fire alarm systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics and inspections, submittals
- Complete detailed, accurate and timely completion of service reports
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
- Work, grow and communicate as an integral member of our technician team

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 years’ fire alarm experience
- CFAA certification preferred
- Excellent trouble shooting and repairs skills
- Customer service orientated
- Valid driver’s license is a must
- Proficient command of the English language; both written and oral
- Aptitude for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Able to do heavy lifting
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding
- Demonstrated ability to program basic operations on microprocessor-based systems without supervision
